The firm is led by Mary O'Gorman who joined the executive search industry in 1997 after a long career on Wall Street working for major financial institutions. She played a pioneering role in the use of financial guarantee insurance for securitized and structured transactions and helped found two financial guarantee insurance companies serving as a member of a Board of Directors and senior executive. Educated at New York University, she has an MBA in Finance and a BS in Economics.
